How It Works: A Simple, Transparent Window Buying Process
1. Choose Your Window
Browse our selection of window styles. Choose the design, options, and frame color that best fits your home and style preferences. Our website makes it easy to compare and customize your selections.
2. Measure & Purchase
Take a rough measurement of the window opening from sheetrock to sheetrock for the width and from sill to sheetrock for the height.
On our ordering page, enter the measurements, quantity, style, color, and options for each window. If you need multiple window types, simply repeat the process for each size or shape. Add your selections to your cart to see the total price upfront—no hidden fees, no haggling, no gimmicks, no huge price drops, no surprises. Just the price
3. Confirm Your Order & Meet Your Project Manager
When you’re ready to move forward, click “Purchase” to pay the $99 service fee to schedule your appointment.
We’ll then contact you to confirm your visit with a dedicated project manager. During this appointment, we’ll:
✔ Confirm all window measurements
✔ Show you a sample of the window you selected
✔ Review the written agreement for your approval
At that time, a 50% payment is due (by check or credit card). The final 50% is paid upon project completion and your sign-off. You’ll receive your warranty registration card at that time.
Financing Available: We offer up to 100% financing, with competitive rates and no prepayment penalties.
4. Installation Day
Once your custom windows are built, we’ll contact you to schedule your installation. Most projects are completed in one to two days, depending on the number of windows and whether your home is one or two stories.
