We offer home remodeling services, including but not limited to kitchen, bathroom, and general home renovations within the Austin, TX area. All service descriptions are for informational purposes only and may be subject to change.
2. Quotes & Estimates
- All quotes are provided based on the information you supply and our own measurements from our project manager visit.
- Estimates may change if project scope, materials, or conditions differ from initial discussions.
3. Project Scheduling
- Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
- We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed-upon timelines but are not liable for delays outside our control.
4. Payments
- Payment terms are as follows:
- 10% down payment will be collected once your order is processed on our site.
- 40% payment will be collected by your project manager on their first visit, after your project contract is signed.
- The remaining 50% balance will be collected upon project completion.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or project delays.
5. Warranties
- Any warranties will be detailed in your specific project contract and provided once the project has been completed.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, unforeseen conditions, or events beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question.
7. User Responsibilities
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Post or transmit harmful, unlawful, or defamatory content.
- Attempt to breach website security or interfere with site functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
